Rental Terms — Review Before Signing
1. The renter must present a valid driver's license and meet the company's eligibility and insurance requirements before the vehicle is released.
2. Rental dates, authorized drivers, mileage limits, deposit, insurance arrangements, late-return charges, fuel policy, cancellation terms, and other charges must be confirmed in writing by both parties before pickup.
3. The renter agrees to use the vehicle lawfully, report accidents or damage promptly, and return the vehicle at the agreed time and in the agreed condition, subject to ordinary wear.
4. Any deposit deductions or additional charges must be supported by the final agreed rental terms and applicable law. No blank or unconfirmed charge is authorized by this form.
5. This form is a preliminary rental agreement and does not confirm a reservation or authorize vehicle pickup until Comfortkey Rental Solutions LLC accepts it and both parties agree to the completed terms.
